Rafting on the Soča, from Bovec

The Soča is why most people come to Bovec, and a raft is how most of them meet it.

The river runs 8-12 °C even in August. That is what gives it the colour, and it is the reason you go with someone who knows the water rather than launching on your own.

Trips leave from Bovec and Čezsoča, about ten minutes up the road from the apartment.
